KIT VESPA 300 GTS - PIAGGIO BEVERLY EURO 3 and 4: AN EXPLOSION OF POWER

Borrowing from the technology used in Formula 1 engines, Polini Motori has designed a thermic unit that sets a benchmark in the tuning of Piaggio 300 engines.

Thanks to the special steel barrel with Nicasil coating and the 'HTR' (High Turbulence Ring), it has been possible to increase the bore to 77 mm, bringing the displacement from the original 278 cm3 to an impressive 294 cm3: an explosion of incredible power to your scooter's engine.

The thermic unit can be fitted without any modification to the original crankcase and heads. A unique feature in the scooter sector is the 'HTR' ring, which not only improves the squish effect, but also allows for a large head gasket surface area, thus guaranteeing the great reliability of this component.

The piston has a particularly extended shell to resist the considerable lateral thrusts generated by the connecting rod; the combustion chamber carved into the piston's top is shaped to have an optimal compression ratio with wide squish bands that match the original head.

The control unit has two specific curves for the different tuning steps: the first is indicated for assembly with Polini Hi Speed variator, kit and original silencer; the second is indicated for assembly with Polini Hi Speed variator, kit and Polini silencer.

The performance with the new kit is tangible right from the low revs and the engine is performing at all rpm.

The kit comes complete with Plug & Play control unit equipped with relative wiring to be connected to the original system without modification.
